•       TripShopper accepts no responsibility for the quality, accuracy, availability, or fulfilment of any travel product or service offered by a Vendor

The display of any Vendor or travel product on the Site does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or sponsorship by TripShopper of that Vendor or product.

3. Pricing and Accuracy

TripShopper displays content, including pricing information, sourced from or provided by third-party Vendors. While we endeavour to present accurate information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of prices or other content displayed on the Site.

Please be aware of the following:

•       Prices are subject to change at any time and may vary between searches

•       Additional charges may apply, including but not limited to payment processing fees, service charges, checked baggage fees, local taxes, and destination-specific levies

4. Bookings

Where TripShopper facilitates a booking on behalf of a Vendor (a "Facilitated Booking"), the booking is made with and fulfilled by that Vendor. TripShopper acts solely as a user interface in this process and has no involvement in setting the price, defining the product, or providing the travel service.

In the event of any issue, dispute, or complaint relating to a booking or travel service, you agree to direct such matters to the relevant Vendor. TripShopper shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from a booking or travel experience.

5. Connecting Flights

Where TripShopper's search results display connecting flight itineraries, it is your sole responsibility to assess the suitability of those connections. In particular, you must ensure that:

•       There is sufficient transit time to disembark, collect any checked luggage, clear security or immigration, and check in for the onward flight

•       You comply with all requirements of the connecting airline at the transit airport

TripShopper does not guarantee that connecting flights identified by the Site are operationally feasible in practice. Flight delays, early departures, extended security procedures, industrial action, and congestion may all affect transit times. TripShopper accepts no responsibility if a connection does not proceed as planned.

6. Personal and Non-Commercial Use
